Officially Moving to Bosie, ID

After a lot of conversations and arrangements, we have finalized the travel details to Cascadia of Boise in Idaho. The transportation crew will be here tomorrow morning (9/28/2025) at 7:30-8:00 am to get my dad prepared for the flight. I will be on the flight down there and will move to Boise for the duration of his stay.

We initially were planning and hoping to get him to he Everett Center in Washington, because I have family and community there (since I lived there for 6+ years) but the plan didn’t work out quite as we initially wanted to. We know and believe that he is ending up exactly where he is meant to be in this season in life.

At this center, he will have PT, OT and SLP started right away and they will be working with him 2x a day for 5-7 days a week. We are aware that PT is extremely important for neuro patients, so we are thrilled for him to be at a place where that will be provided.

As we arrive and get settled in Boise, I will update you all and let you know how he is doing.
