Transportation Arrangement to Fairbanks

We are currently still in the Medical & Oncology Department here at providence with the best penthouse view. We just recently received notice that there should be a bed available at Denali Center sometime this week. According to my conversation with the doctor this morning, they may transfer him as soon as Monday or Tuesday (21st or 22nd).

Yesterday, my sister (the oldest of the siblings) welcomed her little girl into this world. She is home resting and soaking up all of the newborn snuggles along with her other kids. I was telling my dad about the exciting news and that she is excited for him to meet her, to which he smiled. He doesn't smile too often, so it made the moment that much sweeter. We are at very excited to have him close to home where the rest of the family can spend more time with him. I personally believe it will make a huge difference in his recovery, being surrounded by everyone. I’m sure that he is sick of me by now. I say that as a joke, :) I know for sure that he enjoys having me around. As the story telling role is reversed, I’m doing my best, hoping he isn’t too bored haha. Maybe one day I will be as captivating as him.
